Technology is important. Imagine yourself as a buyer, where do you go to start looking for a home? ONLINE! As agents, we can enter a home into the MLS, click a button, and watch it automatically appear on Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.
Unfortunately, that also gives Buyers more than one listing to choose from, making it harder to recognize one from the other. After a certain point, they all tend to look the same.
We wanted our listings to stand out from the crowd.
If there is one thing we know for sure, it's that pictures are worth a thousand words, and buyer's count on those pictures!
Most every listing we take receives professional photography and virtual tours. We've partnered with the best in town to make sure you receive the best quality photos and stand out from the rest!
Once we've created your stunning property website, how do we get Buyers to our website to see it?
We engage a few different strategies, but essential among them is Facebook Marketing. As you can see, this is where we get our traffic from.
We can control the presentation of your listing on our website.
The MLS, listing portals, and most broker sites all pretty much follow the same standard formatting. We're not given the freedom to change too much on sites we don't control.
On FoothillHomeSearch.com, the shackles have been released and we're free to show your home the way we envision it.
