A Note From Eric Hatch (Plus 2026 Market Outlook!)

Dear Friends,


As we step into 2026, I want to pause and say thank you. After more than three decades serving the Sierra Foothills, I’m truly grateful to call the Sierra Foothills home and to work alongside such a tight-knit community.

This year is all about growth and intention, prioritizing my health and fitness, traveling more with my family, meeting new people, and continuing to help both new and longtime clients achieve their real estate goals. After 32 years in the industry, I remain deeply passionate about guiding people through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

I’m also grateful to share that in 2025, I was honored with the Centurion Award for the 21st year, along with the Select Prestige Award, recognizing consistent top production and meaningful service to clients, colleagues, and the community. I’m honored by these acknowledgments and remain fully committed to delivering the highest level of service in the years ahead.

In 2025, I set a goal to be more active on Social Media. I’ve been incredibly grateful for the amazing response to my videos and posts. Your encouragement, messages, and feedback truly mean a lot. Thank you for being here, and if you don’t already, I’d love for you to follow along on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube! 

I’m especially excited about the client events we have planned for 2026. One of my biggest goals is to connect with you beyond the transaction - building lasting relationships, after handing you the keys!



Last year, we enjoyed outings to TopGolf, Century Theaters, and Old Town Pizza, along with summer gatherings in Lake of the Pines and BBQs at my home. I’m so thankful to every friend who joined in the fun.

Here’s to a healthy, connected, and fulfilling year ahead. Thank you for the trust you place in me. I’m excited for all that’s to come.
